Inspiration

The Association was founded in February, 2001 largely inspired by the harrowing personal experience of  its Founder. He was involved in a ghastly motor accident, where through sheer providence, an unlikely Good Samaritan materialized on the scene in the person of an ill-equipped, inconsequential-looking student by name Dare Adegbenjo.

All he had were his bare hands, a keen wit and an indefatigable determination to save a life. The actions of this “saviour from nowhere” set in motion the chain of events that literally restored life to the Founder. 

With his life now preserved; the Association serves as a way of giving back to humanity; what it gave him via a second lease on life.
